Utkarsh Sengar is VP of Engineering at Webflow, where he leads engineering teams building the future of visual web development. As Webflow accelerates its AI-native capabilities, Utkarsh is focused on making it faster and easier for teams to build, ship, and scale production websites on the platform.
With over 15 years of experience in engineering, Utkarsh has built and scaled teams across growth, platform, and product engineering. Before Webflow, he served as Senior Director of Engineering at Upwork, where he led multiple areas. He previously held engineering roles at OpenTable and eBay, working across search, infrastructure, and developer tools.
Utkarsh also helps early-stage startups raise pre-seed and seed funding. He holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
