Scott Breitenother is the co-founder and CEO of Kilo, the fastest growing open source coding agent. Prior to Kilo, Scott founded Brooklyn Data Co., a consultancy offering full-stack data and analytics strategy and implementation. Scott started the company in his Brooklyn apartment and grew it to a 100+ person team working with Fortune 500 clients, before selling the company to Velir, a digital marketing agency. He was employee #16 at direct-to-consumer mattress startup Casper and founded the company’s industry-leading Data & Analytics team. In a former life, Scott was a Management Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting (which is probably where he developed his love of frameworks and structure). He has a BS in Business Management from Babson College and a MSc in International Management from London School of Economics.

Lucas Atkins serves as CTO and Head of Research at Arcee AI, where he spearheaded the proprietary training stack behind Trinity, Arcee’s family of open-weight foundation models. A veteran in machine learning, Lucas engineered next-generation text-to-speech systems for leading automotive giants such as Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, and Hyundai starting well before the current generative AI surge. He has also led training of specialized language translation systems for the UAE and partnered with AMD in 2023 and 2024 to optimize enterprise GPUs for large-scale model training. He now uses that end-to-end experience to shape Arcee’s in-house models, aiming for efficient, open source & open-weight models that set the standard for American made open intelligence.

Chris Clark is COO, co-founder and board director at OpenRouter, where he works on product strategy, business development & partnerships, finance, and marketing.

Prior to OpenRouter, Chris was founder, board member, and CTO at Grove Collaborative (NYSE: $GROV), a leading sustainable consumer goods ecommerce company. Chris led Grove through major milestones from an early-stage venture-backed startup through IPO on the NewYork Stock Exchange in 2022.

Dima is a co-founder of Fireworks AI, the inference and reinforcement learning platform that makes it simple, fast, and cost-effective to build and scale AI products. Fireworks AI powers leading AI startups and enterprises like Cursor, Doordash, Notion and Uber. Dima is one of PyTorch’s core maintainers. Previously, he helped to bring PyTorch from a research framework to numerous production applications across Meta’s AI use cases and broader industry.
