Raban von Spiegel is the CEO and co-founder of Emdash, an open-source Agentic Development Environment that helps engineering teams build software faster by running multiple coding agents in parallel. Emdash gives developers a provider-agnostic desktop app for orchestrating agents side-by-side, safely reviewing their work, and turning the best results into shippable pull requests. A Stanford engineer and repeat YC founder, Raban previously founded Soff (YC S24), and conducted software performance engineering research at MIT CSAIL. With Emdash he's helping teams figure out how many coding agents one engineer can productively manage at once.
