Robert is a Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Databricks, where he works with customers to design and ship AI solutions spanning agents, ML pipelines, and model training. He holds a PhD in Geophysics, using seismic waves to image the Earth's interior, and previously worked at startups in mobile analytics and healthcare AI. He has a strong interest in LLM evaluation and prompt optimization for applied AI.
